A Better opportunityWe are looking for a Senior SOX Auditor to join our audit team and assist in the successful execution of the SOX program.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player capable of conducting control compliance walkthroughs and testing over multiple financial processes.Responsibilities●Assist in the planning and execution of SOX compliance audits, including scoping, risk assessment, and control testing.●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and document internal controls and processes.●Review and evaluate financial and operational business processes to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.●Support SOX ready documentation, narratives, flow charts, RCMs, control descriptions●Conduct tests of controls to verify their effectiveness and identify control deficiencies.●Document findings and assist in the preparation of audit reports and recommendations.●Assist in the development and maintenance of audit workpapers and documentation.●Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to SOX compliance.Requirement●Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information technology, finance, or related field preferred●4+ years of experience working in Big 4 public accounting experience related to SOX and/or Internal Audit●Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and COSO 2013●Strong written and verbal communication.●Strong analytical and decision-making skills.●Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.●Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.●Attention to detail and delivery focused.Preferred●Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CIA, CISA or equivalent credential.
●Experience with SOC1/SOC 2 audits.●Experience with Cloud Security and AWS. ●IT (Automated and ITGC) control knowledge.●Previous experience with Netsuite, Workday, and FloQast.●Previous Corporate experience in SOX.Company Benefits
