What You’ll Do
- Support high-volume, full-cycle hiring for outbound sales roles in Des Moines
- Own day-to-day candidate flow: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and communicating
- Coordinate and host onsite interview days, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Represent brightwheel at local hiring events, job fairs, and university career days
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and talent pipelines
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Recruiting teammates to hit hiring goals
- Support onboarding and help shape a positive, inclusive office culture
What You’ve Done
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting or a related, fast-paced people-facing role
- Managed multiple reqs or pipelines simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Partnered effectively with stakeholders to drive results and improve processes
- Represented a company or brand in public-facing contexts (e.g., events, outreach)
- Demonstrated strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Thrived in environments where speed, ownership, and adaptability are key
