WHO YOU ARE:


We are seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) with 4+ years of experience to join our growing Product team. This role requires a good technical foundation in API integrations, basic SQL, and a passion for building scalable enterprise solutions. The APM will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to shape requirements, improve workflows, and deliver innovative solutions in the InsurTech space.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:


  • Partner with Product Managers to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with engineering teams to drive API-first integrations and ensure seamless product workflows.
  • Leverage SQL and analytical skills to deep dive into data, validate use cases, and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Operations, Business) to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Support the product roadmap by conducting competitive research, user analysis, and market scans.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to documentation, product demos, and stakeholder communication.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:


  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of API concepts, integration workflows, and data exchange models.
  • Experience with basic SQL for querying and analyzing datasets.
  • Exposure to enterprise technology platforms or SaaS solutions (preferably in BFSI/InsurTech/FinTech domain).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into product features.

Good to have:


  • Experience in Insurance, BFSI, or Enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Prior exposure to automation or workflow optimization projects.
