We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a professional, welcoming, and well-organized environment — and who’s excited to interact with every corner of the agency while making that happen.The Director of First Impressions is both the welcoming face at our front desk and the behind-the-scenes organizer who ensures our space is ready for clients, events, and day-to-day work.
While most of your responsibilities focus on administration, office coordination, and facilities upkeep, you’ll also collaborate with different teams to support meetings, agency events, and small projects. You’ll get to know our people, processes, and partners — and play an important role in helping the agency run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and deliveries.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized appearance for all common spaces, conference rooms and kitchens — including spot cleaning, restocking supplies, and light organizing.
- Coordinate food orders, pickups, and catering for meetings/events.
- Assist with event setup and teardown — arranging furniture, prepping materials, and ensuring spaces are ready.
- Order and manage office snacks, beverages, and general supplies.
- Serve as the point of contact for office maintenance, building management, and vendor visits.
- Take out trash/recycling as needed and handle small day-to-day facility needs.
- Provide occasional administrative support to various teams (printing, scheduling assistance, prepping meeting materials).
- Participate in cross-agency projects or culture initiatives as opportunities arise.
- Watering flowers by main entrance
- Coordinating employee travel as needed
As a Team Member at DS+CO, you will:

- Engage in biweekly 1:1s with your manager to align on goals, share feedback, and discuss development.
- Set 1–2 development goals per quarter and complete and record at least 4 hours of professional development.
- Give and receive feedback constructively, using shared tools like check-in templates and Waldo.AI to support growth.
- Use our systems (e.g., Paylocity, shared docs) to stay informed, connected, and effective in your role.
- Stay curious and open to growth, seeking opportunities to learn and challenge yourself.
Requirements
- Friendly, dependable, and approachable — a natural people-person who can engage others comfortably, uphold a welcoming environment, and proactively notice and meet workplace needs.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and presentation.
- Comfortable balancing independent work with in-the-moment requests from different teams.
- Willing to handle both front-facing and hands-on upkeep tasks.
- Prior experience in office administration, coordination, or support roles preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. (for event setup and supply restocking).
Note: Employees in this role are expected to remain in the position for 18–24 months before becoming eligible to pursue other DS+CO roles.

Technology & AI Use Requirements
- Comfortable using standard office and collaboration software, with the ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
- Regularly uses built-in AI features within platforms to support accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day tasks.
- Expected to use approved AI tools to streamline work, gather insights, and reduce manual tasks.
- Open to trying new technologies and sharing feedback to help improve tools and processes across the team.
- Dedicate time for ongoing self-education in martech, AI, and digital innovation through webinars, courses, newsletters, or hands-on testing.
- Collaborate with team members to evaluate and pilot new tools that enhance project execution or streamline tasks.
