What You'll Do
You'll be a key player in supporting our clients' success by managing a mix of administrative and digital marketing tasks, including:
- Conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engines.
- Updating page titles and descriptions on WordPress websites.
- Analyzing and translating data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Managing and scheduling social media posts.
- Building and tracking performance dashboards for SEO, social media, and conversions.
- Managing all inbound leads efficiently.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- A strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
- Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and WordPress.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
