The Responsibilities:
As a Manager HR, you will be responsible for supporting a wide variety of HR initiatives and will partner directly with business leaders to provide HR counsel and support. Working closely with the SVP of People and Culture and other leaders within the department, you will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to the planning and day-to-day HR activities of TRANSACT + CBORD. Responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions including handling of employee life cycle beginning with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and compliance.

Day-To-Day regional responsibilities will include
- Proactively review talent and workforce planning as strategic business partner to leaders
- Provide strategic support on talent acquisition and guide the team on acquiring the right talent
- Develop framework to manage People Strategy in alignment with business and corporate People strategy
- Targeted employee engagement initiatives and providing excellent employee experience
- Lead reward and recognition programs
- Deliver or provide learning and talent development programs aligned to corporate development programs
- Support leaders in ensuring Performance Management and Talent Management programs are on track including employee relations are handled timely
- Oversee employee payroll and compensation
- Ensure statutory compliance is thoroughly followed

Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of broad HR knowledge within a professional environment
- 5 + years of talent acquisition experience working full life cycle recruitment
- 5 + years of navigating a variety of employee relations issues
- 4+ years managed and lead team
- Bachelors degree or equivalent related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years of broad HR knowledge within a professional environment demonstrating progressive growth in scope and responsibility
- At least 8+ years of HR Generalist experience is preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience with direct interaction with business leaders and individual contributors is preferred
- Masters degree or equivalent related experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Detail and goal-oriented, has the flexibility to deal with multiple and changing priorities while focused on our team members, leaders and quality
- Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be confident in handling ambiguity and fluid situations and have an abundance of common sense
- Experience and knowledge with HRMS will be an added advantage
