About the Role
Dutchie is looking for an ACH Operations Analyst for Dutchie’s ACH Digital Payment Product, Pay by Bank. This person is responsible for assisting in fraud management and supporting the ACH Operations team in managing the operations associated with Dutchie’s industry leading ACH payments program. This is a fast-paced team so we’re looking for someone who excels at time management, attention to detail and managing multiple work streams while working across multiple organizations.
What You’ll Do…
Fraud & Risk ManagementA core part of this role is protecting the company and its customers from fraudulent activity. Your responsibilities in this area include:
- Reviewing and completing manual fraud review queues, scrutinizing transactions for suspicious or unauthorized activity.
- Monitoring and reviewing transactions for suspicious activity to identify and mitigate fraud risks.
- Responding to ACH exceptions, carefully documenting each case for audits and compliance.
ACH Operations & Customer SupportBeyond fraud prevention, this role is also vital for the day-to-day functionality of the payment program. You will:
- Respond to consumer and dispensary support requests related to Dutchie’s ACH program, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Process all documents received from banks and other financial institutions, ensuring records are maintained for future audits.
- Ensure that all ACH processes meet service level standards, including customer service, turnaround time, regulatory compliance, and audit soundness.
- Staying on top of relevant rules and regulations as they pertain to NACHA and other ACH items to ensure all processes are compliant and secure.
What You Bring…
- 2-4 years of experience working in ACH Operations or fraud prevention
- Previous fraud review and prevention experience is strongly preferred
- ACH operations experience is preferred
- An analytical mindset and comfort with analyzing data sets
- Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules is preferred
- Knowledge of general banking, including understanding of bank products, services, and regulations, policies and procedures is preferred
- Experience working directly with customers, customer-facing teams to resolve merchant issues and support tickets
