In this role, you will be the guardian of quality, ensuring our new partner platforms are flawless and functional from day one. You'll be a key player, working alongside our talented teams to deliver seamless experiences that delight our partners and customers.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Quality Assurance: You will conduct thorough testing on new partner builds, including functionality, usability, and performance to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Create and Execute: You'll develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system behaviors and requirements.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with our Account Operations and Marketing teams to ensure partner implementations meet client expectations and that all promotional materials align with the systems.
- Document Everything: Clearly and concisely document all testing processes, results, and defects, keeping our QA documentation up-to-date and organized.
- Manage Defects: Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution, making sure that everything is addressed in a timely manner.
- Drive Improvement: Analyze test results to provide valuable feedback and help us implement best practices for QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven QA Experience: You have a solid background in quality assurance, particularly in testing software applications and system implementations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You have a sharp analytical mind, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to find optimal solutions to errors and obstacles.
- Testing Know-How: You are familiar with various testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent Communicator: You can clearly and effectively communicate complex information, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical teams.
- Adaptable and Self-Driven: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and can maintain high productivity with minimal supervision.
