We are seeking a Senior Product Leader to drive product innovation and market leadership.Remote or Hybrid if based in the Washington, DC area. 

Role Overview


Our flagship SaaS offering, TDI Diligence Suite, is a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform, which helps our client organizations identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with their relationships with distributors, vendors, suppliers, and other third parties.As Senior Product Leader for our TPRM platform, your primary focus will be driving the end-to-end third-party risk and relationship management capabilities of TDI Diligence Suite. In doing so, you’ll be enabling other Product Managers on our team to successfully implement and enhance TDI Diligence Suite for our current and future client organizations.

You may also contribute to client implementations / enhancements as needed based on business-wide priorities.To be successful in this role, you must have a demonstrated technical breadth and full-stack product management experience, possessing a deep understanding of both front-end (UX/UI) and back-end (data models, APIs, integrations) technologies, and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between them to deliver seamless user experiences.

Job Responsibilities 


The Senior Product Leader will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to create a comprehensive TPRM product vision and strategy that’s in line with business-wide initiatives.
  • 0 – 1 Product Development: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery. Balance immediate needs with long term strategic goals and navigate complex trade-offs.
  • Lead product responsibilities during key agile ceremonies in partnership with your core working team, such as discovery, refinement, planning, etc., while fostering a strong agile discipline and driving process improvement where needed.
  • Develop deep product knowledge of our TPRM platform as a subject matter expert, including configuration capabilities, data model, implementation/maintenance best practices, etc.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure new feature development contributes to the capabilities of the core platform / product framework itself, so that solutions are reusable and configurable to a variety of use cases rather than siloed one-off solutions.
  • Provide demonstrations and craft concise documentation of implemented solutions for key stakeholders.
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to understand best practices and best-in-class technology capabilities.
  • Support and mentor other Product Managers as needed.
  • Support client implementations and/or enhancements as needed.

Qualifications


The ideal candidate for the Senior Product Leader position will possess the following:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8 – 10+ years of product management/ownership experience desired
  • Skills:
  • Experience building B2B software products in an agile environment as a Senior Product Owner / Manager, working directly with product leadership, engineers, designers, and other functional / delivery teams.
  • Well-rounded full-stack product management experience, able to connect the dots between user interface and technical implementation.
  • 0 – 1 product development experience, preferably contributing to a platform product team, developing core reusable and configurable functionalities that empower other product managers / teams to implement products efficiently at scale.
  • Experience working in a start-up or highly entrepreneurial environment is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented planning, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, while balancing complex and competing priorities with a focus on balancing high value delivery and project budget/resource constraints.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM, Experience Cloud preferred), Confluence, JIRA, web content management, UX wireframing (e.g., Figma), process flow design (e.g., Lucidchart) and/or other equivalent technologies / tools.
  • A firm understanding of agile methodologies, specifically experience with the Scrum framework and associated product responsibilities.
  • Experience leading product development teams and mentoring junior team members through influence and/or as a direct people manager.
