Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead groundbreaking projects at the intersection of artificial intelligence, professional audio production, and large-scale data collection.You will be the central force driving our AI initiatives that leverage high-quality studio recordings and vast audio datasets.This role is perfect for a leader who is passionate about audio, fluent communicating customer and business requirements to both engineers and creatives, and skilled at navigating the complexities of AI project lifecycles.

- You have 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years focused on AI/Machine Learning projects, preferably in the audio, speech recognition, or Natural Language Processing domain.
- Studio & Audio Expertise: You possess demonstrable experience managing or directly participating in professional studio recording sessions. You understand audio engineering fundamentals, recording workflows, and talent management.
- Data-Centric Mindset: You have a strong background in managing large-scale data collection and annotation projects. You appreciate that the quality of an AI model is fundamentally tied to the quality of its training data.
- Technical Fluency: You are comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers and scientists. You understand the basics of the machine learning development lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training (y=f(X,θ)), and evaluation.
- Exceptional Organizer: You are a master of organization and execution, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously without losing sight of the details.
- Problem Solver: You are a natural leader who can navigate ambiguity, facilitate compromise, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with Text-to-Speech (TTS), Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), or voice synthesis projects.
- Familiarity with audio processing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Audition) and data annotation platforms.
- A passion for music, podcasts, or the broader world of audio technology.
What will you do?
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage the entire lifecycle of AI audio projects, from initial concept and data collection strategy through to model training, deployment, and post-launch analysis. This is client facing position.
- Studio Recording Oversight: Plan, schedule, and oversee professional studio recording sessions for AI voice talent and other audio data collection. Ensure technical specifications, quality standards, and project goals are met.
- Audio Data Curation: Supervise the collection, annotation, and management of large-scale audio datasets. You will be responsible for data quality, consistency, and ethical handling, ensuring it is optimized for machine learning applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between our AI research, data science, software engineering, and audio production teams. Facilitate clear communication, align priorities, and remove roadblocks to ensure seamless project execution.
- Strategic Planning & Roadmapping: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and manage budgets. You will track project timelines using tools like Jira or Asana and report on progress to key stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and dependencies in complex AI and data-gathering pipelines, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
