Job Overview
As a Revenue Operations Intern at Contextual AI, you’ll get hands-on experience with the processes, systems, and tools that drive our go-to-market (GTM) organization. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support daily operations, help analyze data, and learn how high-growth startups scale revenue.This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build skills in Salesforce, data analysis, and GTM strategy while contributing directly to the growth of a Series A AI company.What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day operations in Salesforce CRM and other revenue tools.
- Assist with creating reporting and dashboards on pipeline, deals, and forecasting.
- Help ensure CRM data quality through research, enrichment, and clean-up projects.
- Shadow and support the RevOps team on projects like territory planning, campaign execution, and quarterly business reviews.
- Learn how different GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) collaborate to drive revenue.
- Contribute ideas and process improvements to make our systems and workflows more efficient.
What We’re Seeking
- Current student or recent graduate interested in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Curiosity about Salesforce CRM. Prior exposure to Salesforce or experience working in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus!
- Interest in or experience with using sales/marketing tools like Gong, Outreach, Clay, or LeanData.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive learner with an interest in how companies grow and scale.
- Past experience working with software and/or technology companies is a plus.
- Figure-it-out mindset and approach to problem solving, with an ability to use available resources (e.g. ChatGPT, the Contextual AI platform) to derive solutions to challenges
