The Role
This is a hybrid role—
half pre-sales Solutions Engineer, half post-sales Implementation Specialist.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to provide the technical depth needed to win $50k+ deals, while also leading implementation for larger customers to ensure their long-term success.
You will also own and manage Docket (our customer implementation + technical documentation system), ensuring consistent delivery across customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives during mid-market and enterprise sales cycles to:
- Answer complex RevOps, Salesforce (SFDC), and API/Webhook questions.
- Run tailored demos and proofs-of-concept.
- Act as the technical voice of trust in the deal cycle.
- Lead implementation for larger customer accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term adoption.
- Own and maintain Docket, keeping implementation and integration playbooks updated and scalable.
- Serve as the bridge between Sales, Customer Success, and Product for technical solutioning.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on customer needs and integration challenges.
- Help identify repeatable patterns to scale solution delivery across the GTM team.
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in a GTM technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, RevOps, Implementation, or similar).
- Salesforce Certified (Administrator or higher) with strong SFDC managed package knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and Webhooks.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into simple, customer-friendly narratives.
- Track record of supporting revenue teams in closing mid-market deals ($50k+).
- Experience working cross-functionally with both sales and technical teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience at a SaaS company in a customer-facing technical role.
- Familiarity with RevOps tooling and GTM tech stacks
- Based in Pakistan or North Macedonia
