CoinFlip is looking for an SEO Manager to develop and execute strategies to increase the company's organic search visibility and drive organic traffic to our digital platforms. This role involves keyword research, content creation and optimization, technical website analysis, link building, and performance monitoring. The manager will be expected to collaborate with content and development teams, stay current on SEO trends and algorithm changes, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business goals.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth across web and local search.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Partner with content teams to plan and create SEO-optimized content across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance site architecture, speed, and technical SEO performance.
- Optimize for both on-page and off-page SEO, including link-building initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using analytics and SEO platforms; provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
- Stay current with evolving search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
- Partner cross-functionally with content creators, product, marketing, and design to integrate SEO into campaigns and product launches.
- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations for content strategy, technical improvements, and overall SEO roadmap.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in the financial services, fintech, or related industries.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with key SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Strong grasp of technical SEO, site architecture, and page speed optimization.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, or similar) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven success working cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (Tableau or similar) is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience optimizing Local SEO utilizing Google Business Profiles/Google My Business.
- Knowledge of schema markup, international SEO, and emerging areas like voice search optimization.
- Understanding of how SEO integrates with paid media, email, and social campaigns.
