Job Overview
District Photo is seeking a Seasonal Volume Recruiter to support our Arizona operations during peak production season. This role is responsible for high-volume recruitment of entry-level and seasonal associates, ensuring we meet staffing needs quickly and effectively. The recruiter will manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing candidates through onboarding, while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruiting efforts for seasonal and entry-level production roles.
- Source candidates through online job boards, career fairs, community outreach, and employee referrals.
- Screen applicants to ensure they meet basic qualifications and hiring requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person).
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fill positions rapidly.
- Administer pre-employment forms, E-Verify, and onboarding documentation.
- Assist with scheduling and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate flow, source effectiveness).
- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly.

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in high-volume or seasonal recruiting (manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ATS systems and online job boards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure seasonal environment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak season.
