This individual will work directly with clients to understand key elements of client business processes and then work onsite to implement and operate software products and service offerings by performing key tasks. They will thrive on their personal and direct contributions that help our clients achieve substantial benefits from our suite of software products.Key Responsibilities
- Automate integration tasks, data processing, and report generation using scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to shifting client requests and demands.
- Collaborate with external contractors on the PRISM COTS product to facilitate data exchange, understand their requirements, and propose optimized data solutions.
- Apply security best practices to integrate systems, protect sensitive data, and ensure accurate data reporting.
- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful dashboards and reports that inform business decisions.
- Support end-users with training and technical assistance on integrated systems and data reporting tools ensuring users can effectively utilize data for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related field
- Minimum three years of overall integration, data migration, and/or report development

- Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment
