We are looking for an experienced Assistant Machinist with 5+ years of CNC set-up and run experience to join our team.This role is best suited for someone who values precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship, and who thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Rather than programming, the focus will be on executing and running programs developed by our team, ensuring high-quality results that support our mission.Where You’ll Make an Impact- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts to specification.- Collaborate closely with programmers to run existing code efficiently.- Ensure quality standards are met through inspection and attention to detail.- Maintain equipment and support a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.- Bring a growth mindset and contribute to continuous improvement in machining processes.What It Takes
- 5+ years of CNC machine set-up and run experience.- Strong knowledge of machining processes and inspection techniques.- Ability to follow instructions and execute machining programs developed by others.- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.- Desire and openness to grow skills, including the potential to learn programming.
