Lead Development Representative (Appointment Setter) to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed, confident, and eager to engage with clients over the phone.As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in building relationships and setting appointments for our outside sales team, creating valuable opportunities that enhance our company’s profitability.Join us in an exciting and rapidly evolving industry where you can grow with our scaling team and contribute to our success!
You will:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to small businesses, generating interest and motivating merchants to schedule meetings to review and compare their existing services.
- Make calls to potential clients using our calling platform, leveraging resources provided by the company.
- Schedule appointments for our outside sales team, creating valuable opportunities that contribute to both our clients' success and our company’s growth.
- Ensure submitted appointments meet confirmation guidelines and uphold quality standards.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, ensuring every call brings us closer to building new relationships.
- Participate and be receptive to training and coaching to continuously enhance your skills and succeed in your role.
You have:
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or high-volume inside sales environment is strongly preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks and experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach when engaging with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.

- Competitive Base of $20.53/hr + commissions + monthly bonuses = On-Target Earnings of $55k-$75k+ per year

Note: This is a 100% in-office position in San Diego, CA. Mon-Fri 6:30am-2:30 PST schedule.
