The Opportunity
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be a lead point of contact for potential customers reaching out via live chat, support tickets, and/or, voice calls. You'll be responsible for handling complex inquiries, assessing their hosting needs, offering tailored recommendations, and guiding them seamlessly through the sales process.This role demands exceptional communication skills, a strategic, customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position hinges on delivering a positive customer experience while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle live chat, ticket, and voice inquiries professionally while providing accurate information on hosting services.
- Assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable hosting solutions.
- Convert inquiries into high-value sales through persuasive communication.
- Maintain strong knowledge of hosting products to deliver expert recommendations.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve pre-sales inquiries and guide junior sales representatives.
- Manage and track leads in the CRM to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively highlight our value.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Share customer feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes.
About You
- 4-5+ years of experience in n inbound sales or customer support roles. Familiarity with web hosting services is highly preferred.
- Comfortable using live chat tools, voice systems, and CRM software. Experience with web hosting platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
