• To optimise the financial and operational performance of the CVA site through effective management of people, customers, requirements and resources.• Implementation and maintenance of equipment management processes and associated risk of Barloworld Equipment and our customers.• Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability includes management of Human Resource Value chain.• Effective management of safety, health, environment and quality risks.• Managing of all the planning departments outputs.• Will have to carry a legal appointment 2.6.1
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Matric, Trade Certificate and B Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) Diploma/Degree will be advantageous• Engineering and project management Diploma advantageous.• Business development skills and knowledge• Knowledge of Safety and MHSA requirements.• Sound business and financial acumen and Knowledge of safety rules and regulations• Computer literate (MS office) CRM, SAP will be an advantage• Understanding of the internal functions of the business • Mechanical and Electrical reasoning, knowledge of earthmoving equipment and industry• HMS experience will be advantageous, Customer responsiveness, influence and negotiating skills• Results orientated, available to travel as and when required.• Understanding of OEM warranty processes
