A rapidly growing pain management group with 7 established locations across multiple states is launching a new clinic in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking an Interventional Pain Physician to anchor this new market and take a leadership role in its growth.This is an ideal opportunity for a physician who want the chance to build something in a new market with the backing of a proven, multi-state model.
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: Around $400,000 annually for most candidates.
- Upside: Experienced physicians with strong procedural backgrounds and vision alignment can earn $700,000+ annually.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver 100% interventional pain management focused on spine and joint procedures.
- Perform evidence-based procedures, including advanced minimally invasive techniques.
- Collaborate with MAs and PAs to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Serve as the lead physician in Phoenix, developing referral networks and community presence to drive growth.
Qualifications
- MD or DO with fellowship training (or equivalent experience) in Interventional Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, or PM&R. Physicians with Interventional Radiology backgrounds and a strong interest in spine and joint interventions are also encouraged to apply.
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure (expedited support available).
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; strong fellowship graduates considered.
- Demonstrated skill in interventional spine/joint procedures; regenerative medicine experience a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in market growth and leadership.
