Our office, West Shore Oral Surgery, in Mechanicsburg, PA, is looking for a friendly and dependable Dental Front Office team member to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and help create an exceptional experience for our patients. Your Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with a positive, professional attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage messages
- Maintain accurate patient records and update files as needed
- Check, sort, and forward emails
- Keep the front desk area tidy, stocked, and organized
- Support the team with other administrative duties as needed
- Monday–Friday schedule: 7:45am–4:00pm
Your Background
- At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office role required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable with office equipment (printers, fax, phones, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Friendly, team-oriented, and eager to help patients
