Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Support – Manage job postings, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.Employee Lifecycle Management – Support smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.HR Operations – Maintain and optimize HR databases and employee records.Documentation & Communication – Draft letters, contracts, and internal communications.Employee Engagement – Help organize initiatives that enhance culture and collaboration.Compliance & Reporting – Assist with policy implementation, compliance checks, and HR reports.Innovation Projects – Support AI-driven initiatives to streamline and modernize HR workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 1–2 years in HR, ideally within a tech or startup environment.
Education:
Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Mindset:
Curious, adaptable, and eager to embrace AI and digital transformation in HR.
Bonus:
Familiarity with HR tech platforms or automation tools.
