About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and proactive leader who thrives at the intersection of business transformation and technology enablement. You will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide change initiatives, improving customer experience, and enabling digital innovation.
Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Change Management Consultant, you will:• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans• Conduct change assessments and readiness evaluations• Create and manage change roadmaps and organizational champions• Lead training and enablement efforts across departments• Develop detailed project documentation and artifacts• Drive adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize benefit realization• Provide coaching and support to stakeholders during transitions• Analyze organizational culture and barriers through interviews, surveys, and focus groups• Build strategies to support change adoption and manage resistance• Facilitate conflict resolution and incorporate feedback from leadership• Implement and manage the Digital Adoption Platform to enhance user engagement and productivityRequired Qualifications• Minimum 5 years of relevant Change Management experience• Prosci or equivalent change management certification• Proven experience with Digital Adoption Platforms, especially WhatFix or WalkMe• Administration, content creation, analytics, and integration capabilities• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills• Creative and detail-oriented in designing interactive content• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and optimizing adoption strategies• Experience in project visioning, scope documentation, budgeting, and deliverable reviews.• Skilled in leading collaborative sessions and requirement gathering• Consulting experience with enterprise clients• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments• Strong sense of ownership and accountability• Transparent communicator with a risk mitigation mindset.• Candidates must agree to hybrid schedule: 3 days/week on-site in Montreal.What’s in It for You• Be part of a growing, innovative team where your ideas and leadership matter.• Work in an environment that values authentic feedback, personal growth, and empowerment.• Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.• Opportunity to shape the future of digital transformation and customer experience.
