Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Executives focused on small to midsize business (SMB) sales. This role drives high-volume, hunter-only sales activities, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and revenue growth. The Sales Manager will work from the El Paso, TX office five days a week and must reside in El Paso. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets through new business acquisition.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow market share within the SMB segment.
- Drive prospecting efforts through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Train, mentor, and support Account Executives to optimize sales performance.
- Monitor sales activities and ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
- Assist in market expansion planning and execution.
- Work with Account Executives to identify and prioritize target accounts.
- Conduct regular field sales visits with Account Executives to coach and support closing efforts.
- Maintain knowledge of company services, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare necessary reports, including sales forecasts and performance reviews.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation within the company's CRM system.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of sales management or relevant experience in a high-volume sales environment.
- Proven track record of leading a successful sales team in a hunter-focused role.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
