Role


As a GTM Engineer at Stainless, you will be an early member of our growth engine. You’ll build cross-functional technical systems, dashboards, workflows, AI pipelines, campaigns, that unlock scalable lead gen, onboarding, and expansion motions. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and GTM teams to turn business opportunity into real customer impact.

What you'll do


  • Triage and prioritize signups using data, enrichment, and automation.
  • Design and build pipelines for outbound outreach and SEO-driven content.
  • Personalize workflows with AI, tailored messaging, smart sequencing, SDK examples.
  • Build strategic recommendations from data on pipeline and usage.
  • Ship internal dashboard/alert systems to surface customer behavior or quality signals.
  • Talk to customers regularly, debug usage issues, and feed insights back to roadmap.
  • Build scripts, bots, or platforms to streamline GTM processes.

Who you are


  • Hybrid thinker: You understand the lens of a developer and growth-strategist.
  • Action-oriented: You’d rather ship workflows than slide decks.
  • Technical operator: You're comfortable with SQL, scripting, unfamiliar codebases.
  • Tools-savvy: You're familiar or excited about GTM stacks, CRM (e.g., SFDC or HubSpot), enrichment (e.g., Clay), AI, automation.
  • Creative and scrappy: You enjoy building first-principles solutions to business problems and thrive in fluid roles & ambiguous environments.
  • Communication-first: You're able to explain technical solutions clearly to non-dev teams.
  • Startup-ready: You’ve started something before - a business, a club, a nonprofit, a student org; anything that shows you’re a builder at heart.
