Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse—a Design & Digital Production who’s as comfortable dreaming up bold visuals that drive action as they are bringing them to life on digital platforms. You’ll play a key role in crafting compelling brand experiences across web, email, social, and print, while also rolling up your sleeves to build and launch assets in tools like HubSpot and WordPress. This role is perfect for a designer who loves blending big-picture creativity with meticulous execution—someone who thrives at the intersection of art and systems.

If you can take a concept from sketchpad to screen (and measure how it performs), we want to hear from you.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Design and produce multi-channel marketing assets, including landing pages, emails, social media graphics, digital ads, sales collateral, print pieces, and presentation decks
  • Implement and manage visual assets within CMS platforms like HubSpot (emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs) and WordPress
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business goals into compelling design
  • Maintain and evolve Libsyn’s visual identity across all channels and platforms
  • Optimize designs based on performance data and user engagement metrics
  • Support campaign execution from creative concept to production and deployment
  • Translate complex ideas and messaging into clear, cohesive visual narratives

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional design role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
  • Experience designing for both web and print; familiarity with responsive design principles
  • Understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience creating and designing in HubSpot + Hubspot certifications a bonus (emails, landing pages, CTAs, etc.)
  • Comfortable editing and maintaining a WordPress website (basic HTML/CSS a plus)
  • Experience designing for SaaS products or tech-forward brands is highly desirable
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimizing creative—experience using performance insights and A/B testing to refine design for engagement and conversion

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation (base salary plus bonus).
  • Comprehensive health benefits, with employer-paid dental and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan to help you build towards your future.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote options.
  • Generous paid time off and support for maintaining work-life balance.
