Position Overview
The Growth Manager at Doss will be responsible for driving inbound demand and building a repeatable growth engine. This is a hands-on role across SEO, paid ads, content syndication, and webinars—channels that range from 0→1 to ready-to-scale. You’ll own performance across these programs and design experiments to unlock new demo volumes for our GTM team.You’ll work directly with the Director of GTM, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product to turn qualified interest into pipeline. This is a rare opportunity to join early and build a function that you’ll eventually scale into a team.Above all else, this role is about creating leverage—through smart systems, scalable campaigns, and clear insights that lead to better decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale inbound channels. Launch and optimize SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, content syndication, and webinar programs to drive demo bookings.
- Own campaign strategy & execution. Write copy, build landing pages, set up targeting, run experiments, and track funnel performance.
- Architect the demand engine. Design infrastructure for lead capture, enrichment, routing, attribution, and reporting.
- Run fast, learn fast. Test constantly—offers, messaging, formats, audiences—and turn insights into repeatable growth plays.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with sales, product, and design to ensure tight feedback loops and sharp execution.

- $130K–$175K base salary + equity
