About You:You’re a creative storyteller who lives and breathes social media. Equally comfortable in front of and behind the camera, you know how to create content that resonates with different audiences-whether it’s inspiring confidence with Knix or sparking conversation with KT by Knix. With a sharp eye for trends, strong filming and editing skills, and a passion for building community, you thrive in fast-paced environments and love bringing bold ideas to life.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and produce engaging TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts content for Knix and KT.
  • Act as an on-camera ambassador, creating authentic and relatable video content.
  • Identify and leverage trending sounds, formats, and challenges to inspire fresh content.
  • Film, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Add motion graphics, captions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and platform fit.
  • Collaborate with social and marketing teams to align content with campaigns, brand voice, and visual identity.
  • Optimize content for reach and engagement with strategic captions, hashtags, posting, and insights.
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence across both brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor performance, sharing insights and recommendations to continuously improve.

Qualifications


  • 2-3 years experience creating social-first video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that drives engagement and reach.
  • Comfortable on camera, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences.
  • Strong filming, production, and editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with adaptability for different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for social media, content creation, and community building
