King of Pops Bar Supervisor — Ponce City Market

We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor to run our bar at Ponce City Market — someone who can keep operations smooth, inspire a team, and make sure every guest leaves a little happier than they came.If you’ve got leadership chops, love creating memorable experiences, and don’t mind being surrounded by frozen happiness every day — this could be your next adventure.
What You’ll Do
As our Bar Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of the Ponce City Market bar:
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of 6–12 awesome humans (depending on the season).
- Keep things running smoothly — schedules, inventory, ordering, and cleanliness.
- Ensure the bar is always guest-ready and health-code friendly.
- Jump in when needed (yes, sometimes that means covering a shift in a pinch).
- Deliver great vibes while driving sales and keeping costs in check.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table at team meetings — we love creative thinkers!
What We’re Looking For
- A results-driven, people-loving leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Someone who communicates clearly and respectfully at every level.
- A balance of stamina, energy, and mental quickness — this role keeps you on your toes.
- Weekend/holiday flexibility (because the pops don’t stop).
- Previous leadership or hospitality experience is a major plus.
