Marketing & Data Management Assistant

Job Objective
Provide support to the digital marketing team in data cleaning, organization, and basic analysis, as well as in the execution and monitoring of online campaigns. This role ensures that the information used in marketing strategies is accurate and useful for decision-making, while also contributing to operational and creative tasks within the department.Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, organize, and maintain customer and lead databases
  • Support audience segmentation for digital campaigns
  • Review and update information in CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Monitor and prepare basic reports on metrics for social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of digital content (social media, newsletters, blogs)
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure proper implementation of campaigns and promotions
  • Collaborate on digital market research and trend analysis
  • Assist with landing page and lead form management
  • Prepare basic performance reports and conduct data analysis

Note: The position may include other projects or tasks as requested or assignedRequirements

  • Education: Technical degree or university student in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data cleaning and organization
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or equivalents (desirable)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc., desirable)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

Additional Conditions

  • Availability to travel up to 25% of the time, depending on business needs
