General Summary
Reveleer’s Technology organization delivers value through product‑oriented delivery pods—cross‑functional teams that own an end‑to‑end slice of our SaaS platform. We are seeking a Senior
 Program
Manager to orchestrate pod planning, execution, and release activities using our Agile processes. Success in this role means keeping work flowing, coordinating dependencies, and using
Jira and
 LinearB metrics
to drive predictability and continuous improvement. The Senior Program Manager reports to the CTO and is a visible coach and facilitator across Engineering, Product, and DevSecOps.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and enable our Agile pods to execute against a shared technical vision and quarterly product‑increment goals.
- Plan and coordinate Program Increments (PIs)—facilitate PI planning, maintain the integrated release calendar, and manage inter‑pod dependencies.
- Optimize flow of work across multiple pods throughout the product‑development life cycle, using WIP limits, Kanban boards, and value‑stream thinking.
- Leverage Jira and LinearB dashboards
(velocity, cycle time, predictability, efficiency) to derive insights and drive data‑informed process improvements.
- Own and curate program documentation—manage Confluence wiki spaces and the SharePoint portal to keep artifacts current, organized, and easily discoverable.
- Administer Jira projects—configure workflows, custom fields, boards, and permissions, coordinate upgrades and tool integrations.
- Coach Product Owners and Engineers on backlog hygiene, definition of ready/done, estimation, and capacity planning; champion Agile best practices.
- Actively manage and escalate risks, blockers, and customer‑impacting issues—ensure rapid visibility and resolution.
- Facilitate retrospectives and inspect‑and‑adapt workshops; lead at least two measurable process experiments per quarter.
- Ensure lightweight compliance checkpoints
(HIPAA, CMS deadlines) are embedded in release checklists; partner with Security/Compliance for audits as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years
of Agile program‑management experience, preferably in a cloud or SaaS environment; healthcare or PHI experience a plus.
- Proven record of coordinating three or more concurrent Agile pods/squads through multiple release cycles.
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and at least one scaled‑Agile approach
- Hands‑on expertise with Jira (Advanced Roadmaps) and LinearB—able to build and interpret flow‑metrics dashboards.
- Strong reporting and analytics skills—able to create actionable dashboards and executive summaries using Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, EazyBI, or similar BI tools.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills; comfortable presenting to engineers and executives alike.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD concepts to align release timing with deployment readiness.
- Agile certification such as CSM, SAFe POPM/RTE, or PMI‑ACP is highly desirable.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, remote‑first organization and collaborates easily across email, Teams, and face‑to‑face sessions.
