We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Composite stylized imagery to align with brand standards.
- Compose educational assets for e-com product pages
- Design marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and digital assets.
- Designing compelling call-to-action elements that encourage purchase.
- Create visual merchandising mockups to showcase ideas and concepts.
- Develop event graphics and visuals with quick turnaround times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure design consistency across projects.
- Adapt to various design tasks and support other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A creative mindset with the ability to problem-solve and innovate.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills (required).
- Physical demands: Sitting, Typing, Frequent Standing and Walking, Occasional lifting (less than 25 lbs)
- Must be available to work onsite 5x a week.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of other design tools or platforms.
- Retouching experience
- Experience in visual merchandising or event graphics design.
- Experience in the beauty industry preferred
- Experience designing graphics for luxury and consumer goods preferred

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting hourly rate for this position in the selected city is $25.00 - $30.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
This role is bonus eligible.
