POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team and contribute to our dynamic real estate operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Assist with general accounting functions and daily financial activities.-Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.-Manage accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.-Support property tax and mortgage-related accounting functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within the real estate industry.-Knowledge of lease accounting standards (ASC 842) and property tax procedures.-Proficiency in Excel and other relevant accounting software.-Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills.
