What You’ll Be Doing


Technical Leadership


  • Identify high impact opportunities while leading multiple complex projects within the organization, including product development and customer support to develop technical solutions for high profile customers.
  • Lead high-impact projects that align with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration by acting as a bridge between technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver technical training content to empower teams and enhance skills across the organization.
  • Translate business challenges into clear, actionable technical requirements. Promote scalability and efficiency by optimizing existing processes, tools, and workflows for improved operations.
  • Work directly with technical and cross-functional teams to enhance internal products, define requirements for new features, and lead information technology initiatives.
  • Oversee the roadmap for custom solutions that can scale effectively across the business.
  • Ensure code quality and product output adhere to PMG and industry standards.
  • Provide strategic guidance to client and project teams through expertise in media, technology, and innovation.
  • Champion continuous learning by encouraging the adoption of new methodologies, tools, and best practices within the team.
  • Initiate discovery and application of emerging technologies to address new challenges.
  • Foster collaboration by leading team brainstorms and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Maintain attention to detail by shipping high-quality, unit-tested code (Python or similar) and offering constructive technical feedback to peers.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and ensure best practices in quality assurance across the team’s work.
  • Manage risk by identifying potential challenges in technical projects and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Mentor junior development staff to grow their technical capabilities and professional development.
  • Manage and inspire a team of Solutions Engineering professionals, driving performance and innovation.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 2 day per week.

PMG is the industry expert in CHC revenue cycle management. We assist with all aspects of the revenue cycle from point of service to final adjudication of the claim. We work to optimize each client's position legally and ethically. We believe in educating our clients on how to increase revenue from third-party payers so they can enjoy a healthy revenue cycle and focus more on patient care. We have a full understanding of CHC operations. We know what sliding-fee scales are and why CHCs use them. We have an appreciation for the entire CHC world, including UDS reporting, cost-based Medicaid reimbursement, school-based health centers, dental claims, substance abuse/detox billing, UGS/NGS Medicare and CHC-centric specialties.
