Together with Sami Pesonen, our PCS Manager, we're excited to grow our team.We are looking for experienced Front-end Developer– Omni-channel product who will be responsible for building the "client side" of our web applications. Your duties will include translating our company and customer needs into functional and appealing digital environment ensuring great user experience. We expect you to be tech-savvy professional who is curious about new digital technologies and aspire to combine usability with visual design
You’ll be part of international product development team developing seamless, user-friendly admin user interfaces for managing customer communication in numerous different channels. You’ll also develop management UI:s for the product.

What you can expect as
a Front-end
Developer at LeadDesk
- You’ll be developing new features smoothly using Angular or ReactJS
- You'll be maintaining and improving our existing product
- You'll be writing clean, high-quality code
- You'll be ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience (UX)
- You'll be contributing to happy, satisfied clients
What Success Looks Like:
First 2-3 months:
- Gain overview of LeadDesk’s products, users, tech stack, and development workflows.
- Familiarize yourself with the existing front-end architecture
- Build strong relationships with your team
- Contribute to improving the front-end codebase by addressing bugs, refining UI components, and adopting best practices.
- Begin establishing efficient collaboration workflows between front-end development, design, and product teams.
- Deliver your first end-to-end front-end feature, improving a critical user workflow or interface.
First 6 months
- Take ownership of a key area of the UI and drive consistency and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with designers to implement accessible and responsive UI
- Actively contribute to sprint planning and code reviews to ensure high-quality and scalable front-end code.
This is where the match happens
Must-haves
- Angular, React.js or similar framework, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS - At least 3 years of real-world work experience
Required general skills
- Git version control, Software testing,
- Fluency in English at professional level
Nice-to-haves
- Public cloud environments and/or tools (Azure, AWS or Google)
- PHP experience useful but not mandatory
Practicalities
- Your location: Lappeenranta
- Work permit in Finland is required, please mention this in your application!
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Work model: Hybrid (2 or 3 days per week in office minimum)
- Employment: Full-time and permanent
