We're seeking a Sr. Manager, IT to lead our US-based IT support function while remaining
hands-on with technical and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Global IT Director, you’ll bridgetechnical operations and leadership to ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and alignedwith business goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES● Manage and monitor our cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCS)● Provide best in class support for internal users, systems, and applications across thebusiness● Troubleshoot network, server, and desktop-related issues in a Windows, Mac andcloud-first environment● Assist with user and system administration in Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and relatedtools● Participate in the planning and implementation of infrastructure improvements and newsolutionsLead and manage the US IT support team, fostering a high-performance,service-oriented culture.● Manage the US IT budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of technology solutions.● Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders—eCommerce, Operations, Finance,Marketing, CX, and DC—to understand needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.● Collaborate with the eCommerce and development teams to support Shopify Plusplatform stability and custom integrations.● Oversee incident management processes, ensuring SLAs are met and lessons learneddrive continuous improvement.● Enforce IT standards, security protocols, and compliance to safeguard employee andcustomer data.● Evaluate and respond to cybersecurity threats with proactive protection measures.IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OURSR.
MANAGER, IT● Within the first 3–6 months, you’ll have earned trust as both a strategic IT leader and ago-to technical resource.● IT support SLAs will be consistently met or exceeded with high employee satisfaction.● Cloud infrastructure, productivity tools, and network systems will be stable, scalable, andsecure.● Incident response will be streamlined with reduced downtime and improved feedbackcycles.COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS● 5+ years of progressive IT experience with both leadership and hands-on technicalsupport in a fast-paced environment.● Strong background in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCS), Microsoft 365, GoogleWorkspace, and enterprise networking.● Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing IT teams across multiplefunctions.● Experience delivering IT projects on time, within budget, aligned with strategic businessgoals.● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical concepts acrosstechnical and non-technical teams.● In-depth knowledge of IT security best practices, compliance standards, and privacyregulations.● Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus or similar) is a strong plus.Salary banding: 130-160kApply for this job
