This person will be responsible for understanding the technical issues our clients face, communicating them to Engineering, and offering advice to solve them.Job Duties

  • Resolve technical issues that Tier 1 support cannot handle
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and determine solutions based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Create knowledge resources to assist lower tiers in handling customer concerns
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or individual
  • Record events and problems and their resolution
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 1+ year of work experience in a customer facing role
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with other internal teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An interest and openness to learning new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • 1 year of Project Management and/or SaaS Implementation experience
  • Beginner level SQL proficiency

Job Location

  • This role reports into the Forcura + Medalogix offices in Nashville, TN
