Purpose
:
The Operational Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting the OperationalRisk Management GrouptoensuretheBank’soperationalriskmanagement program withinthe Bank adequately identifies, assesses,measures, monitors,andreportsoperationalrisksenterprisewide. The Operational Risk Analyst will interact with process owners acrossthe Bank tounderstandbusinessprocessesandtherisk and control environment and identify process improvements. The Operational Risk Analyst will assist in thepreparation,analysis,andreportingofinformationtomanagement and the Bank’s Board ofDirectors.The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by persons assigned to the job.

Specific Responsibilities
:
- Provides support to the Associate Director, Operational Risk withimplementingaspectsof theoperationalriskmanagementframework.
- Monitors and follows up on the operational risk events submitted by management to ensure corrective actions occurred. Including a root cause analysis on identified operational risk events.
- Prepares and analyzes data and trends of operational risk events and metrics to identify anomalies or trending concerns.
- Provides monthly reporting to key stakeholders on the status of operational risk events.
- Maintains the Bank’s end user computing inventory utilized by the current tool and performs periodic testing, review and program updates for the end user developed program.
- Completes the quarterly calculation and reporting of the operational risk estimate calculation and provides evidence to the appropriate departments and assists with maintenance and reporting of documentation on an ongoing basis.
- Prepares various operational risk reports for the Bank’s Risk Committee, the Board Risk Oversight Committee, and other key stakeholders.
- Perform regular reviews of Operational Risk Management Group procedures to ensure procedures are updated and reflect current practices.

Position Requirements
:
- Bachelor’sdegree, alongwith 1-2 years’ofoperationalrisk, compliance, or audit experience,in a financialservicesenvironment.
- Detail-orientedandability to assumecomplexassignments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Access and Excel) is preferred.
- Highdegreeofinitiative,strong analyticalskills,excellentoral and writtencommunication skills, and the ability to interacteffectivelywithmanagement.
- Ability to beadaptableand flexiblewhileresponding to deadlinesonassignmentsandworkflowfluctuations.
- Ability to manage a variety ofprojectssimultaneously.
- Mustnothavebeenconvictedonanycivilorcriminalchargethatwouldsuggest a risk to Banksecurity.

Hiring Range: $72,000 - $84,000Hiring ranges reflect the base salary that the Bank reasonably expects to pay for a given role and is not inclusive of annual incentive award opportunities, retirement benefits or the value of other health and welfare or other ancillary benefits. We consider many factors when determining base salaries such as individual background and experience, the competitive environment, education, particular skill set(s), and industry and institutional knowledge.
