About the Role
We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Associate to support our CEO and leadership team. This is not a traditional admin role. You’ll be a trusted partner, enabling the CEO to operate at maximum velocity. Expect high exposure, fast-paced work, and ownership from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper for the CEO, managing communications and priorities
- Manage complex calendar scheduling, travel, and logistics for the leadership team
- Prepare for meetings: draft agendas, take notes, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Assist with internal and external communications, including external partner outreach
- Coordinate special projects, office planning, events, and confidential initiatives
- Identify and close operational gaps so the CEO and team can focus on what matters most
- Proactively spot problems before they arise and create solutions
Who You Are / Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of experience in executive support, operations, or a related field
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and maturity handling sensitive information
- Energized by challenges and a fast-paced environment
- Solutions-first, proactive, and always learning
- Prior Executive Assistant/Operations experience, preferably to another CEO
