About the Role


We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Associate to support our CEO and leadership team. This is not a traditional admin role. You’ll be a trusted partner, enabling the CEO to operate at maximum velocity. Expect high exposure, fast-paced work, and ownership from day one.

What You’ll Do:


  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper for the CEO, managing communications and priorities
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling, travel, and logistics for the leadership team
  • Prepare for meetings: draft agendas, take notes, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Assist with internal and external communications, including external partner outreach
  • Coordinate special projects, office planning, events, and confidential initiatives
  • Identify and close operational gaps so the CEO and team can focus on what matters most
  • Proactively spot problems before they arise and create solutions

Who You Are / Must-Haves:


  • 1–3 years of experience in executive support, operations, or a related field
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and maturity handling sensitive information
  • Energized by challenges and a fast-paced environment
  • Solutions-first, proactive, and always learning
  • Prior Executive Assistant/Operations experience, preferably to another CEO
