Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Campaign Coordinator serves at the center of marketing campaign execution, bringing ideas to life across digital, content, and events channels. This role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation and brand awareness for Itential's AI-enabled automation solutions. The position requires a proactive, organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, collaborates naturally across teams, and brings both creativity and discipline to campaign management while leveraging innovative tools including AI-powered marketing technologies.
Essential Functions:

- Support campaign execution across digital channels including email, paid media, social, and web
- Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables for campaigns, product launches, and events using project management tools
- Coordinate webinars and field events from promotion through logistics to post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop campaign assets and refine messaging
- Communicate effectively across marketing team and with other departments to ensure campaign alignment
- Draft and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement metrics, and identify opportunities to grow brand voice
- Support video editing tasks including clips, captions, and intros for YouTube, social media, and campaign assets
- Update website content in WordPress including publishing new pages, blog posts, and marketing assets
- Partner with RevOps to assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking to guide optimizations
- Experiment with AI-powered tools to streamline execution and generate innovative campaign ideas
Additional Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day marketing operations, assist with marketing automation workflows, contribute to content development, help manage vendor relationships, and maintain marketing asset libraries.

Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- Marketing certifications beneficial
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or infrastructure technology
- Proven ability to coordinate and execute campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns and metrics
- Background in technology marketing preferred

Technical Requirements:

- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot)
- Basic video editing capabilities
- Understanding of social media management tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in network automation, AI, or enterprise software marketing
- Background with webinar platforms and virtual event management
- Previous experience with account-based marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles
Skills:
- Experience with AI tools in marketing context (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Advanced video editing skills (Canva, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Project management certification or formal training
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for basic web updates
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools
