About the Role
We’re looking for a high-potential BizOps candidate to work cross-functionally across the team. You’ll be the go-to person for solving problems, closing gaps, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with broad exposure to all areas of company building.
What You’ll Do:
- Work on tech and product operations (i.e. quality assurance of our agents)
- Help create and refine workflows to keep the team efficient and effective
- Handle relationships with partners and third party service providers
- Manage calendars, travel, and logistics for the leadership team
- Jump in wherever needed and see projects through to completion
Who You Are / Must-Haves:
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, product ops, or a related field
- Ready for a fast-paced environment—you’re energized by challenge
- Clear communicator who can handle sensitive information with maturity
- Solutions-first mindset; you spot and resolve issues quickly
- Proactive and always willing to learn
- Graduated from a Tier 1 university
- Strong organizational skills

Compensation Range: $100K - $140K
