About the role
As a Content Marketer at Greenlite, you'll establish us as the thought leader in AI-powered financial compliance while driving measurable pipeline growth for banks and fintechs fighting financial crime at massive scale. You'll work directly with our biggest customers—institutions serving over a billion people—creating compelling content that builds trust with compliance officers, demonstrates ROI to executives, and directly generates qualified leads for our sales team. Your content work is informed by real customer needs and ships to everyone, so you need to write compelling copy, work effectively with sales and engineering teams, understand complex technical concepts, and adapt quickly.
This is a core role on our GTM team.
You're an exceptional content marketer who understands that enterprise buyers want practical, ROI-focused content that helps them solve real problems. You'll create blog posts, whitepapers, and customer stories that turn complex AI compliance concepts into content that converts prospects into customers. You're not just writing—you're building content strategies based on what our most sophisticated customers and prospects actually need.
Please Note: We work in-person Monday through Friday in our SF office.
What you'll do
Month 1:
- Audit existing content and understand current market positioning
- Interview Account Executives, Engineers, Deployment Specialists & Customers to identify content gaps and opportunities
- Develop 6 month content roadmap to address customer pain points and
- Refine case studies and create battle cards for our Account Executives.
Month 2:
- Own end-to-end content strategy for major lead generation campaigns
- Build gated content and email sequences that convert prospects into qualified leads
- Partner with sales teammates to turn customer insights into compelling content
- Become the go-to expert for compliance and AI content
Ongoing:
- Create content that drives qualified pipeline in highly regulated environments
- Write whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership that establish market credibility
- Build scalable content systems that support sales across different customer segments
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams as the content expert
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in fintech or enterprise SaaS
- Experience executing across various media formats (written, video & graphics)
- Track record of creating content that generates qualified pipeline and revenue
- Strong writing ability with perfect grammar and ability to explain technical concepts
- Experience with content management systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Strong at explaining complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with and excitement around working directly with customers and prospects
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with lots of iteration
Bonus points:
- Financial services or compliance background
- Experience with SEO and content optimization
- Previous experience at high-growth B2B startups
- Portfolio showing content that converts prospects into customers
