Full-timeDescriptionThe Integration Tech Lead (RTP) will serve as a key technical authority on RaceTrac’s operational systems, including POS, Comdata, and back-office configurations across New Store Openings (NSOs) and ad-hoc support. This role supports cross-functional teams by providing New Store Integration, inventory management, and troubleshooting across RaceTrac and RaceWay environments. The Lead will also play a pivotal role in process improvement, and ensuring compliance with RaceTrac’s technical and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and provide expert-level support for RaceTrac and RaceWay New Store Openings, Installs, Stress Tests, and Grand Openings.Act as the escalation point for technical issues during NSO Installs, Stress Tests, and Grand Openings.Collaborate with the Integration Manager, Project Manager, and external RaceTrac personnel to ensure seamless deployment of store systems.Maintain and update technical documentation.Participate in project planning, execution, and post-deployment reviews to ensure alignment with RaceTrac’s operational goals.Requirements
Qualifications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional environments.Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent technical issues with composure and clarity.Experience with or ability to learn RaceTrac equipment and inventoryExperience with or ability to learn basic IT terminology and operationsWillingness to learn customer-specific requirements for ensuring a seamless Integration for NSOs and a pleasant on-site experience for RaceTrac personnel and field technicians
