What You’ll Do


Reporting to our VP of People, we are looking for a Recruiter to act as a talent advisor across all facets of our business. As a recruiter, you will work closely with leadership to understand talent needs and business objectives in order to find candidates that will help our company excel.We are open to candidates with experience recruiting and those new to the craft. What matters is your ability to communicate, commitment to excellence, and hunger to get the job done right!As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Writing and creating job postings
  • Being proactive in networking, cold-outreach, and deep-diving into passive candidate networks throughout multiple platforms
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of strong candidates
  • Conducting application screening, short-listing potential candidates, and conducting / scheduling interviews
  • Managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Building solid relationships with various teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process
  • Optimizing and continuously improving the existing end-to-end recruitment process
