- Visit patients in their homes across different parts of Ohio
- Complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits

What You Need
- 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or similar)
- At least 6 months in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
- Familiarity with Medicare Wellness Visits and Well-Child Checks
- Willingness to travel statewide, starting in Ohio
- Bonus: Home health experience is a plus!
