About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Global HR team supporting end-to-end HR functions across multiple countries. If you're passionate about Human Resources and looking to kick-start your career in the tech industry, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in drafting HR documentation, letters, and internal communications
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives
- Support compliance and policy implementation
- Participate in HR projects and reporting activities as assigned
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Interest in the tech/startup environment is a plus
