We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Analyst to support U.S. Navy fleet training and operations and responsible for the development, execution, and delivery of training on Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Concept of Employment/Deployment (CONEMP) related to intelligence products aboard U.S. Navy ships. This role requires direct engagement with senior leadership across Type Commands (TYCOMs) and Fleet Forces Command. Ensuring seamless integration of new systems, capabilities, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver waterfront training on intelligence systems, tools, and products aboard U.S. Navy platforms.
- Provide program analysis and recommendations in support of CONOPS and CONEMP development for deployed forces.
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs, including shipboard integration.
- Conduct regular site visits, technical reviews, and audits to ensure proper implementation of training requirements.
- Interface with ship networks, system owners, and program offices to remain current on upgrades, modernization, and integration impacts affecting deployed systems.
- Collaborate and brief senior leadership across TYCOMs, Fleet Forces Command, and other Navy stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports, lessons learned, and recommendations to improve training effectiveness and operational deployment.
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, and fleet training events.
Required
- BS or BA degree
- 5 years' experience in technical expertise with shipboard network systems
- Some travel
- Must have an in-scope Secret DoD Clearance
