About This Role
As Crusoe's Electrical Quality Lead, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for the execution of our Quality Management System with a specific focus on electrical quality activities. This hands-on role involves overseeing electrical system and component inspections, supervising the day-to-day activities of quality personnel, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. You'll work closely with various teams to proactively address quality issues and champion continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
This is a full-time position for a detail-driven leader with a strong electrical background who is committed to operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead the electrical quality team, ensuring that installers and inspectors understand and achieve electrical quality standards.
- Electrical Inspection & Testing: Oversee and inspect all electrical testing activities, including leading and ensuring the execution of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) procedures for power distribution systems, switchgear, and control systems.
- Quality Oversight & Reporting: Inspect products and prepare comprehensive QC/QA documents, testing, and commissioning reports. You will also submit inspection reports and QC reports regarding non-conformances.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and operations departments to ensure production work is compliant with approved specifications, drawings, and operating procedures.
- Technical Oversight & Problem Solving: Be proactive in anticipating and resolving issues that could impact productivity and scheduling. You will support development reviews for new projects to ensure designs facilitate outgoing product quality.
- Process and Standards Development: Participate in the development and/or revision of procedures and specifications, with a focus on safety, inspection, and the execution of electrical system integration.
- Compliance & Equipment Management: Ensure the organization's calibration system is on schedule and that all calibrated equipment in use has active and valid certificates.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Electrical Experience: At least 5 years of industry experience as a Journeyman Electrician and 2 years of industry experience related to PDC and MDC buildings is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Proven exposure to low and medium-voltage electrical installations, including switchgear, power distribution, UPS, and protection devices. You will have a working knowledge of IEC, NEC, NFPA, IEEE electrical quality standards, and NETA testing specifications.
- Attention to Detail & Analytical Skills: Must be highly detail-driven with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Communication & Collaboration: Solid written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with and provide direction to others.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 lbs. Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily, and constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.
- Compliance: Willingness to undergo a background and drug test.

Compensation
Compensation will be paid in the range of $41 - $45/HR + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
