Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive our top of funnel (TOFU) through various digital channels (paid, owned and earned). Performance driven individuals that will work to optimize marketing initiatives and ad spend driving health for MQL to SQL conversion rates in the Canadian and U.S. market. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this high visibility role will cover paid and owned marketing activities as well as manage the website and social channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of marketing, with a key focus area in digital marketing. The role will require knowledge and expertise with high proficiency in understanding and managing; SEO, SEM including Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising campaigns. Additional duties will be driving lead generation through outreach and email marketing; proficiency in Hubspot is also required. Lastly, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the corporate website and driving a content calendar anchored to the GTM strategy for the organization and leverage our social channels for amplification efforts. What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies to generate high-quality prospects for the sales team.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize for better results.
- Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring the seamless flow of leads across channels.
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets on ad spend
- Planning and managing our social media platforms.
- Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas (MQLs vs. SQLs), and target audience.
- Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Manage the digital health through SEM and SEO strategies
- Drive paid media campaigns through digital advertising (i.e. Google Ads, LinkedIn etc.)
- Collaborate with other teams at the company, including Product, Product Marketing, and Sales, to ensure effective messaging and strategies.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing data-driven B2B SaaS marketing programs
- Experience in SaaS, Financial services, and/or FinTech
- High proficiency in Google and LinkedIn Ads is a requirement
- High proficiency in Google Analytics is a requirement
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, and tools like Webflow is a requirement.
- Experience using tools such as Asana and Canva is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft engaging content and press releases.
- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion (MQL vs. SQLs)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, both digital and offline.
