About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Team Lead to join our Identity Orchestration group.This role is ideal for a strong technical leader who thrives in balancing hands-on development with architectural leadership, business impact and people management.You’ll lead a talented team working across backend, frontend and mobile development, driving innovative solutions that shape the future of Transmit Security's flagship Identity Orchestration platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of engineers, guiding them from both an architectural and technical perspective while fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders.
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of end-to-end features across web, mobile, backend, and infrastructure layers, while guiding the team to uphold technical excellence and best practices.
- Oversee SaaS production systems in mission-critical environments.
- Mentor team members, promote best practices, and cultivate a problem-solving, “can-do” culture.
- Work closely with customers to understand their use cases and continually improve their experience with the product
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a people manager in a software engineering environment.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Scala/Java/.Net Core, React / Node.js.
- Experience developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault-tolerant systems.
- Understanding of SaaS products and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven ability to lead large cross projects from ideation to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience working with Data Science teams (especially in computer vision) is a significant plus.
- A mindset of responsibility and care for what you build—not just delivering code, but building systems that run well in the wild
- Cybersecurity background is an advantage.
